I’m Joseph, a C.P.A. with a Master of Divinity, bringing 20+ years in nonprofit accounting and 12+ years in ministry leadership to help ministries move their MISSION FORWARD.

I don’t believe in a rigid, one-size-fits-all billing model. I focus on the value created and outcomes achieved for your ministry.

Together, we’ll determine an approach that matches both your capacity and the measurable results we’re working toward.

Some possible frameworks include:

• Retainer – A steady, predictable monthly fee so your ministry always knows what to expect.

  Hourly – A flexible option that allows you to pay only for the time and services you actually need.

  Discounted Care – For ministries in deep financial need, I prayerfully work with you on a case-by-case basis to provide affordable support and help turn things around.

As a safeguard, I commit that my compensation will never exceed what is reasonable for your ministry’s health. For example, I will cap total billing at 25% of your Unrestricted Net Income to ensure that stewardship and sustainability remain central.
